I decided to pick up a good (but oldish) game for the DS, which would be Advanced Wars: Days in Ruin. I was split between this or Final Fantasy Tactics:A2… but after a bit of reading, FF sounded a little too repetitive for me. Went to my nearest Walmart to only be disapointed that they didn’t have the game. So I didn’t actually want to get nothing so I went to Gamestop and behold, it was there. 34 dollars is a lot for me to give up, but I decided it would be in my best interest.
Once I hit home I blew the dust off my DS, popped it in, and was awed. I know its not AMAZINGLY NEXT GENERATION stuff, but hell I haven’t played a portable game so addicting for awhile. I did play Advance Wars for the GBA back in the day, but damn, this is loads better. I actually have a game on my phone similar to AW, and its called Battle of Mars. Really good game, but nothing like DoR. I’ve played through about 13 missions, and I’m not old of it yet. I like the more darker theme they went for, unlike the previous games in the series. Some say Dual Strike is way better, but I seeing its kind of hard to get and DoR is more beast, I went for it. A friend of mine is willing to play with me some online, which is extremely cool.. I wonder how people lame in this game? My friend told me of a CO that was so OPLOLNOOB that they banned it from the servers… that musta been a damn OP noob. Well there isn’t a lot to say in this one, and I want to cut it short so I can get back to playing.
