Reason I made this was to show people my thoughts of certain topics. I also wanted to make this just to keep me busy and post my daily life as it goes.
I did my weekly visit to the rock band forums to look what was in store for the new wave of downloadable songs. I wasn’t pleased as always, seeing its a cruefest pack.. A lot of people like it, but not for me. I backed out and found this “Rock Band 2 announced” sticky, yeah I was interested, so I read a little and this is some of features:
- Backwards compatibility with Rock Band downloadable music content. All previously purchased tracks will immediately load into your Rock Band 2 song list. No need to re-purchase or re-download.
- The biggest and most diverse soundtrack ever featuring some of rock’s most prolific acts, comprised entirely of master recordings.

I’m lovin’ the backwards downloads since I did purchase a fair amount of songs. I’m interested in the whole ‘ Most diverse soundtrack ‘.. although it would be hella awesome if they added some death metal or grind/metal/hardcore songs, it probably wouldn’t be practical. Are they hinting on a online Band World Tour feature in that third bit? if so its just more and more a win for me, but I don’t understand the new instruments statement. Are they trying to say that there will be different looking peripherals like an actual bass looking guitar and those vintage fenders? or are they saying they’re gonna add more in game buy-able instruments. hopefully its the former, i’d dig a different type of fender, or even different colors or something. I actually don’t like Fenders, me being more of a deans, B.C. rich, Ibanez kind of guy. On top of that all, its comming out in September, about 2 months before GHWT.

and the list goes on… Maybe I should get a real guitar already, but I don’t exactly have the money and space for that, seeing where I live everyone is so noise sensitive. I did look at Guitar Hero: World Tour, but I really don’t know how the note charts and let alone… how extremely crazy they might make the drumming charts for that game. I guess I’ll just have to watch and see.
I just woke up and its about 1245pm.. so I decided to drop a blog out.
I’ve been really interested in the “Zune Social.” Its basically a place where other people with zunes show off what they listen to during the day and such. I’ve heard stories of people finding new bands/artists and loving them, but I haven’t gotten that kind of experience. Another thing that is attacting me to that is the play count. Some people have played more than 30,000 songs on their zune/zune program, and thats just amazing. It counts when you listen to it on your computer, so my guess is have someone listen to your zune and you listen to it on the computer, but then again it only reads up to 27 songs you last played on your device. I didn’t exactly like that because if you listened to your zune all day and only 27 or so songs get added to the playcount, all that effort for nothing. Yeah, I know its not about the play count but it looks good. If your wondering what that is, you can check mine out. Nowadays I try to listen a lot more because of the play count.
Holy mannn, I’m trying to get the songs on my zune to have album arts, but its hardd. I first have to find the song on my zune because if I look on the zune program, it shows the album arts even if its not on the zune itself. Then I have to delete the song, put it on my computer if its not on it already, then put the song back in for the album art. Its difficult, like seriously why don’t they let you just update it with a button or something. No matter, because when I get it all togeather then its gonna be awesome, almost like watching a slideshow with all those cool covers. I’m so tempted to get the newer generation zunes. Not only do those things look bad ass, but those things are bad ass. I like the scroll button thing, its bigger and its touch sensitive. I don’t have fat fingers, but its still awesome to have the bigger button seen how small the 30G one is. Wanna know something funny? I use ipod earphones with my zune. LOL IMO GTFO KK anyone?

well if you didn’t know where that was from, it was from Nacho Libre. Good show, really funny stuff. Obviously I plugged in the comments, kudos, and the pro bloggers part… but yeah I wish I had that kind of popularity. One day, I will have a blog with scores of bloggers following my posts, giving me comments like “wow thats good/funny/interesting!”, put on all those blogrolls/bookmarks of major bloggers, and just pure awesomeness. ONE DAY I WILL GET THAT, but untill then, I have to find a way to pull people in. I don’t really have a grasp on advertising my blog, but then I have to have stuff people are interesting in reading huh.. what the hell would I write? there isn’t a lot I can do. Oh even then, pro bloggers don’t even post up anything different than what I have, just their life, and it seems pretty typical. I just want to be a prooo BLOGGAR, that isn’t too hard to ask for.
Those meant read the fucking manual and rage against the machine. Dude summer is gonna be done so soon, well maybe not soon more like a month more aprox. I’m so damn bored that this is pretty much all I can do. When school hits or when I get my job I’m sure to put up actually interesting blogs, but untill then your gonna have this for now. OMG my mom bought this lint roller, but its like smaw as hell. Its a mini lint roller, seems like a travel kind of one, but damn its teeeeny. I know I was gonna make my blogs more visual, but its hard because there isn’t anything that would exactly match this. uhh.. Im listening to this song by 36 crazy fist thats called “Skin and Atmosphere” and its pretty sikk. Now I’m listening to.. “Tailgunner” by Iron Maiden, this is a pretty damn bad ass song too.
haww man.. I shouldn’t even post this, and I’m probably not but whatever. Wow last night (this morning) I was playing Battlefield Bad Company and yeah I was pwning noobs and all, but that wasn’t why I brought this up. After I was done, my arm hurt a lot, like aching for some reason. Then when I tried to sleep it was still pretty bad, to where I couldn’t sleep almost. Yeah I got sleep, so I thought I wouldn’t have to worry about it anymore, but once I woke up it was still sore. IDK what it was, but jesus it sucked. It was probably from the dumb arm rest on the chair I was sitting on, and I clearly stated before I sat on it, “man I hate sitting on chairs that have arm rest, they don’t give you room at all!” to my brother. The chair must of heard me :/. One time I remember when I used to hardcore computer and not get off for 6+ hours other than to get food, drinks, take a shit or whatever, this sort of happened then. It wasn’t my arm though, it was my wrist, so I thought I had carpal tunnel. Didn’t want that, and especially the way I use a mouse (Claw style btw), I makes it worst since its not ergonomically good. I read somewhere that GOOD pro gamers use claw, but it seems like a lot of people I know uses claw anyway… seeing that you get more control if you play High sensitivity on a mouse with claw seems like a win to me. Well thats pretty much all I got, so yeah.
I had a view on my blog by someone searching on google if supreme commander for the 360 sucks, and it doesn’t. I was sceptical, so I rented the game and played through the tutorial and two missions from the UEF campaign and its far from horrible. The game isn’t really pretty graphically, but its gameplay is stunning. What I love about the game is that it has a lot of variation to it, not just hyrdalisk and mutalisk from Starcraft, but different tiers, or.. idk how you say it.. “better versions” of units. It takes place in many different environments like snowy mountains, tropical Islands, alpines, all that good stuff so its not bland at all. The maps are pretty big from any other RTS on a system I’ve played, which is good, because when your controlling 100+ units at a time, this space is very well needed.
“how could you effectively micromanage 100 or more units at a time?” well this question is easily answered. As any RTS, you can assign control groups to units. This comes handy because obviously you can’t exactly drag a box around all your units like on a computer as fast. Since we’re on the controls, the controls do take getting used to. I’m not saying its clunky or ridiculously hard to work, but there’s so many options that they give you a little visual aid to which of the main buttons do with, this being activated in the options of course.
There is a little stutter as the camera pans across the map, but nothing impossible to handle like Battle For Middle Earth 2 for the xbox 360. the Strategic zoom is really good, though there is a known bug where you can hear all your units when your fully zoomed out. It gets annoying, but turn down the FX volume in the options and your ready to roll. The developers know of the bug and should be patching anytime now, so you don’t have to deal with it for the rest of the time you play it. The game looks.. well plain. I’m not surprised because not a lot of RTS’s look like Gears Of War anyway. This shouldn’t steer you away from this game, because it really is a game you should at least try. I didn’t try multiplayer yet, but I don’t plan on trying it anytime soon, there’s so much to learn from this game its not even funny. It isn’t a Civilizations in terms of depth, but then again that game isn’t RTS.
Don’t listen to what the big reviewers say, it really is a good game. I’ve only played it for 3 hours, but even then I had no lockups. Some claimed it got really choppy down to a slide show almost, again, I can’t say much because I didn’t have a big amount of units. People did say that they ran 4 Free for all’s and it barely lagged or slowed down, barely meaning not a slide show or gamebreaking. I can only say the graphics aren’t good, but thats all I can say thats bad at the moment.
If I had to rate this game, I would give it an 8/10.

Wow, so I decided to look at The Circle hawaii myspace, the guys that held the CoD4 tournament. anyway, what was really funny was: 1. they took a picture of our team, but they didn’t post it up, really disapointing because they had a lot of other scrub teams 2. They hold gay ass freaking Brawl tourneys.. SRSLY ONLY GRLZ N TEH FAG PLAY DAT NOOB SHET KTHX GG NO RE. Really, they don’t even hold Gears of War games but they wanna hold Wii games, that’s sad, but really… wow, I had this sharp pain that came from my lower back area… that shit better not be kidney stones or I’ll be pissed, maybe it was just the way I was sitting all slouched and whatnot. Did you ever had that time where someone tells you to hold a cup or drink for you, so you put it down and you have the same thing. You remember which one was yours, but then you forget all of a sudden. I hate when that happens, it sucks soooo bad ahahha. THEN they’re like “which one is mines?” then you go.. UHHHH that one.. but you really don’t know which one. Happened to me recently, and plus he was sick so I really hope I got the right one. Mind me, we did have the same ammount in the cup so that wouldn’t have helped.
Alright, so I’m pretty damn bored as you see, well nvm you cant see, but srsly. I find it kind of hard to blog because most of my stuff is on myspace but whatever, I got some stuff right now actually. Seen the first episode of the 4th season of greys anatomy. Well there wasn’t a lot, but I havent seen any of season 4 so i’m lucky my mom decided to watch it today. I’ve been split between two things recently. These things being Supreme Commander for the Xbox 360, or a Razer Diamondback 3G. From what I read, people liked supcom, but the reviews weren’t pleasing. Gameplay was a plus, but everything else was its downfall, controls were good though atleast. I know PC elitist will rag on me trying to get SupCom on the 360, but hell I don’t have a good computer right now so I have to do the best I can with what I got. Alright I got 59 bucks, so I’m like 7 dollars short or somewhere around there so I can’t exactly buy that game anyway. If anything, it looks great, but idk, I think I’m left to just rent the game to be safe I guess. Well the mouse, its about 46 bucks, and yeah, its a mouse. I can afford it if anything, but I only can do so much with a mouse. Whats good about it is that I can actually use it whenever I want since I’m always on the computer nowadays. GOD if you ever listened to any deathcore, grindcore, metal, whatever, you know screams/growls. Well I’ve been practicing these screams and such, but I have a hard time trying to do anything that deals with exhale screams. I can do inhales perfectly and its pretty loud too. Exhales, I want to be able to false and death chords.. well thats mainly the ones. What I hate is that I have to actually yell, so yeah it makes too much noise obviously. If I can ever lock down this, oh man I would love to start a band, me being vocals of course. that would be so bad ass if I could, real demon shit.
But d00d jonny davy, the singer.. yeahh I want his hair. Funny thing, but its impossible to see him not in a mid-headbang with that hair, and all his pictures where hes just standing still has his genesis hair. Genesis is their newest album, Job For A Cowboy, and they went death metal, not death core or whatever it was before. Well to sum it up his hair is eff’n long.. not what I want. alright enough talking, this is what his hair looked like during the Doom album days.
I think I’m gonna make this hair during the summer sometime. IDK if I’m gonna do it but its tempting right now. I know I’m probably gonna be called gay or whatnot, but hell its not like it won’t look matching hopefully.
